accede:
assent or agree to a demand, request, or treaty.

 brandish:
wave or flourish (something, esp. a weapon) as a threat or in anger or excitement

 comprise:
an agreement or a settlement of a dispute that is reached by each side making concessions.

 deft:
neatly skillful and quick in one's movements.

 destitute:
without the basic necessities of life.

 explicit:
stated clearly and in detail, leaving no room for confusion or doubt.

 extirpate:
root out and destroy completely.

 inopportune:
